Community Adventures with Real Care

At Real Care Support Services, we support participants to stay active and connected within their community. Recently, our support worker Hay Nay assisted Participant during a social outing to Maldon Station, Vaughan Springs, and Mount Tarrengower Lookout.

The trip provided Julian an opportunity to enjoy the local scenery, spend time outdoors, and engage in meaningful social activities. Community outings like these help participants build confidence, improve wellbeing, and stay connected with the places and people around them.
